Účel ústavu Hlavní činnosti: a)poskytování pomoci a podpory fyzickým osobám v nepříznivé sociální situaci prostřednictvím sociálních služeb dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, v platném znění, b)poskytování ambulantní, popřípadě terénní služby dětem ve věku od 6 do 26 let ohroženým společensky nežádoucími jevy s cílem zlepšit kvalitu jejich života předcházením nebo snížením sociálních a zdravotních rizik souvisejících se způsobem jejich života, umožnit jim lépe se orientovat v jejich sociálním prostředí a vytvářet podmínky k řešení jejich nepříznivé sociální situace, c)poskytování terénních, popřípadě ambulantních služeb rodinám s dětmi, u kterých je jejich vývoj ohrožen v důsledku dopadů dlouhodobě krizové sociální situace, kterou rodiče nedokáží sami bez pomoci překonat, a u kterých existují další rizika ohrožení jejich vývoje, d)podpora zaměstnanosti zejména mladých lidí do 26 let věku a/nebo osob dlouhodobě neumístitelných na trhu práce, a to za účelem získání a/nebo obnovení a stabilizaci pracovních návyků. Vedlejší činnosti: e)hospodářská činnost a aktivity tzv. sociálního podnikání v různých oborech. Základními oblastmi podnikatelské a hospodářské činnosti budou zemědělská činnost (zejména chov zvířat a jejich výcvik), pohostinské a ubytovací služby, vzdělávací služby, poskytování mimoškolní výchovy a vzdělávání, pořádání kurzů, školení, preventivních programů, nákup a prodej, drobná řemeslná činnost, poskytování služeb, atd.. Rozsah a druhy činností se mohou měnit s ohledem na možnosti a schopnosti ústavu, prostředí na trhu a nabídku a poptávku s podmínkou, že provoz nesmí být na újmu jakosti, rozsahu a dostupnosti služeb poskytovaných v rámci hlavní činnosti ústavu a zisk může ústav použít jen k podpoře činnosti, pro niž byl založen, a k úhradě nákladů na vlastní správu, f)podpora dětí a rodin při hledání možností využití volného času zejména prostřednictvím členství v jezdeckém klubu, g)zajištění provozu zařízení sociálně výchovné činnosti, h)zřizování a provozování výchovně rekreačních táborů, i)vědeckovýzkumné činnosti vztahující se k hlavním činnostem, j)organizování sportovních, kulturních a společenských akcí a činností, pořádání kulturních produkcí, zábav, výstav, přehlídek, prodejních a obdobných akcí.
