The society was established by a group of educated academics and professionals who realized early the danger of drugs on the Palestinian society and the young people in particular given the leading role these people play in building a strong society. The society's cadre works as a team with the aim of contributing to the protection of the Palestinian society. To this end, the society has prepared a number of activities, events and programs to educate local communities on the devastating consequences of drug abuse and addiction. Mission FLADS seeks to strengthen, reinforce and immunize the Palestinian civilians and protect them from social diseases: drug taking and addiction and alcohol drinking.
