ARTÍCULO QUINTO. - La Fundación tendrá por objeto:1. Realizar todo tipo de acciones de Asistencia Privada a favor, apoyo y beneficio colectivo de los habitantes de la Isla de Cozumel, principalmente en materia de Salud, Educación, Presentaciones Humanitarias en auxilio de Niños, Ancianos y Familias de escasos recursos de la población Cozumeleña.2. Apoyar, dotar e implementar acciones de asistencia para las construcciones, reacondicionamiento, mantenimiento y actualización para el funcionamiento de Hospitales, Guarderías, Centros de Asistencia Especial, Hospicios, Casa Hogar, Centros de Recreación para Niños y Ancianos, Escuelas, Equipamiento de Laboratorios Educacionales, Becas Formativas y de Estudios Especializados, que ayuden al bienestar social de la población, principalmente la de escasos recursos, de la Ciudad de Cozumel.
