The organisation's purposes are: To provide first-tier contact to serving and ex-service personnel who require immediate and urgent treatment and/or therapy in the event of their being in mental or medical crisis. Offer a wide range of conventional Therapies, complimentary therapies in any required combination immediately and in real time 24/7 to help Service personnel and ex-service personnel to recover from the effects of Military Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and any associated mental health conditions. Inspire and support people to overcome their initial difficulties, and to assist them in identifying on-going medical and general help and assistance and to work towards their general rehabilitation and a return to normal life To provide a free, independent and non-aligned service supported entirely through donations and/or contributions.
