Mission

1. The purpose of the Foundation is to preserve and protect parks and gardens, where under green heritage, in the Netherlands, particularly those of interest by: a. design; b. planting; c. cultural historical value; d. location; e. ensemble value in relation to built or other objects. 2. It seeks to achieve its objective in relation to the parks and gardens referred to in paragraph 1, inter alia by: a. increasing social involvement and public interest; a. inventorying the (let); b. advising on (legal) protection, restoration, management and, if necessary, adaptation to new developments; c. defending these parks and gardens in and outside justice, where under green heritage, which are threatened with neglect, mutilation or dislocation; d. providing information; e. organizing and encouraging knowledge development and transfer of funds; f. the acquisition of funds; g. carrying out any further actions, which are in the broadest sense or beneficial to this purpose.

De stichting heeft ten doel de instandhouding en de bescherming van parken en tuinen, waar onder groen erfgoed, in Nederland, met name die van belang zijn door: a. vormgeving; b. beplanting; c. cultuurhistorische waarde; d. ligging; e. ensemblewaarde in samenhang met gebouwde of andere objecten. 2. Zij tracht haar doel ten aanzien van de in het eerste lid bedoelde parken en tuinen onder meer te verwezenlijken door: a. het vergroten van de maatschappelijke betrokkenheid en de publieke belangstelling; a. het (laten) inventariseren; b. het (laten) adviseren ten aanzien van (wettelijke) bescherming, herstel, beheer en zo nodig aanpassing aan nieuwe ontwikkelingen; c. het in en buiten rechte opkomen voor deze parken en tuinen, waar onder groen erfgoed, die bedreigd worden met verwaarlozing, verminking of teloorgaan; d. het geven van voorlichting; e. het organiseren en stimuleren van kennisontwikkeling en –overdracht, alsmede van daadwerkelijke steunverlening; f. het werven van fondsen; g. het verrichten van alle verdere handelingen, die met het vorenstaande in de ruimste zin verband houden of daartoe bevorderlijk kunnen zijn 3. De stichting beoogt niet het maken van winst.
