指定障害福祉サービス事業として、指定就労継続支援B型事業所ワークショップOHANAを運営している。 当事業は利用者が自立した日常生活又は社会生活を営むことが出来るよう、通常の事業所に雇用されることが困難な利用者に対して就労の機会を提供するとともに、生産活動その他の活動の機会の提供をを通じて、知識及び能力の向上のために必要な訓練その他の便宣を適切かつ効果的に行うことを目的とする。 事業の実施に当たっては、地域との結びつきを重視し、利用者の所在する市町村、他の指定福祉サービス事業者、指定相談支援事業者、指定障害者支援施設その他福祉サービスまたは保健医療サービスを提供する者との密接な連携に努めて運営する方針である。
