Also freundlich bei Aufnahme ja.Kündigung muss man erst nachhakenHab mir mehr von der VDK versprochen, das was mir als Unterstützung widerfahren ist, hätte ich such ohne den Verein machen können. Sehe da keine wirkliche Unterstützung, es hängt letztendlich am Atest vom Arzt.Deshalb rausgeworfenes Geld Trotz 4 Bypässen, 6 Stents und einer PAVK 20% vor der VDK und mit der VDK unverändert. Sehe da letztendlich keinen Vorteil in dem Verband

Hallo!Ich bin seit 42 Jahren Mitglied im VDK Hessen. Hab ab und zu Unterstützung benötigt und auch immer bekommen. Selbst in der Corona Zeit ohne Probleme.... Wirklich toll !!!!! Einige hier meinen wohl, das alleine die Mitgliedschaft beim VDK, alle Türen öffnet und man jeden Prozess gewinnt, oder man nichts dazu beitragen muss das es gelingt.... Dem ist nicht so, Hol -und Bringschuld gilt auch beim VDK! Recht haben und Recht bekommen ist in Deutschland nicht immer so, auch ich habe es erlebt. Nicht der VDK hat schuld, das Recht und wie es gesprochen wird, sollte man akzeptieren!

Ich bin echt enttäuscht was man unter Hilfe versteht, habe ein persönliches Gespräch gehabt,da wurde mir gleich gesagt, na mit psychischen Problemen hätte ich eher Chancen, als mit meinen kulitimulti vielfältigen Problemen. Dann habe ich nur einmal wirklich Post bekommen von einem schrift Wechsel. Die Telefon Termine sind ja auch wenn man einen hat in 10min erledigt man wird eigentlich am ☎️ schon dazugebracht nix gros dszu zu sagen . Dann bin ich mir auch nicht so sicher wie der wirkliche Einsatz von den Mitarbeitern hier ist. Bin gespannt wie es weitergeht. Aber bisher bin ich nur enttäuscht und hab mir vom VDK mehr erhofft, den Kunden gegenüber. Vielleicht liegt es auch nur an der Geschäftsstelle und wo anders ist es besser. Keine Ahnung, ich bin bisher definitiv enttäuscht. Hätte vielleicht doch meine Rechtschutzversicherung direkt fragen sollen, da wär wahrscheinlich mehr gelaufen mit einem Rechtsanwalt der sich in dem Thema auskennt. Weiß ja auch keiner in wie weit der Sacharbeiter sic auskennt, gibt ja doch viele verschiedene Anlässe warum Menschen zum VDK gehen.

Mein Reha Antrag wurde abgelehnt, obwohl ich zwei schwere Krebs Erkrankungen hinter mich gebracht habe! Nach Widerspruch mit der VdK wurde er dann doch bewilligt

Der Herr am Empfang in Fürstenfeldbruck verlangt am Telefon die genaue Fragestellung die man der Rechtspflegerin beim Telefonat stellen will , sonst ist er nicht dazu bereit einen Termin zu buchen. Das wäre seine Aufgabe dies so in den Terminkalender einzutragen!! Wo bleibt da der Datenschutz??

Meine Erfahrung beruht auf der Geschäftsstelle Weiden in der Oberpfalz. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind eher ziellos ohne wirkliches Interesse jemanden beraten oder helfen zu wollen. Auch wirkt es so dass die Fachkompetenz der einzelnen Mitarbeiter eher grob untereinander verteilt ist. Frägt man Themen nach zu denen man Hilfe benötigt wird man dort gerne unfreundlich angepampt und dafür eine Mitgliedschaft? Nein Danke.

Vdk Stuttgart / Leonberg. Komplettes Chaos. Dann nur Klüngel untereinander. Habe mich zig mal für die ehrenamtliche Beratung beworben. Wohl wegen dem Rollstuhl ein Problem 👍😂 willst was wissen, keine Chance, die wissen ja nicht einmal mehr wer zuständig ist. E Mails ins Leere. Iwann kommt dann was, eine Telefonnummer die grundsätzlich nicht erreichbar ist. Ausflüge sind wohl für die Freunde der Bande aber barrierefrei, nicht einmal deren Treffen! Ich habe denen zweimal in 30 Jahren eine Chance gegeben, jetzt ist Schluss. Nicht einmal die Zeitung kommt mehr. Ich überweise denen nix mehr, schreibe Kündigung und hoffe bin bald raus. Nie wieder. Vielleicht klappt es bei der ein oder anderen Ortstruppe, hier nicht. Habe mit einigen darüber gesprochen, am besten man kündigt und holt sich anderweitig Hilfe beim DRK, Diakonie usw

VDK macht Werbung und lässt ihr Mitglieder allein und es gibt nur absagen!Keine Unterstützung wenn der Medizinischer Dienst zu Begutachtung kommt. Zumindest im Norden Schleswig Holsteins nicht! unverständlich , die nehmen die Gelder ihre Mitglieder seit Jahren und sind nicht in der Lage ihr Leute zu unterstützen. Wenn es in Niebüll keine verantwortlichen gibt muss der aus Flensburg eingreifen und ihre Leute herschicken. Wozu sind wir denn set vielen Jahren Mitglieder?
